Since the August 2014 referrer survey, the Hutt Valley Service Coordination Centre has been analysing the results having team and wider discussion and where necessary taking action to improve or change how things are done.

A two month pilot commenced on the 1st April during which St John's crews attending people falling at home but not requiring transfer to hospital could be referred to the falls prevention service via Care Coordination.

Capital and Coast Care Coordination have completed the 2016 Customer Satisfaction Survey and a summary of the results can be found below.

All of the comments have been read and discussed with the team for positive feedback or improvement as necessary.
